A2Z aren’t your everyday plumber. We are a family owned and operated business, which means that we understand the complexities that come with running a household or business. We know that it is important to you to be able to call on us anytime for advice or assistance. And we want for you to know that we will always provide you with a trustworthy, reliable and friendly service.

Our priority is to provide you with an economical, efficient service. Here is how it works:

We do not charge a call out fee during business hours. Our after-hours call out fee is just $99.

You can call us anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In an emergency, we will attend your property as soon as possible. For non-urgent call outs, we will arrange to attend at a time that suits you and we will always give you a courtesy call prior to arrival.

We provide upfront quotes on all work to be completed and we charge by the job, not by the hour, so you will always know how much a job is going to cost. Quite often, there will be a range of different options for an installation, repair or service, so we will take the time discuss these with you to establish which option suits you best.

Upon arrival at your property, our plumber or gas fitter will thoroughly assess your job and provide you with details of the problem. We will then provide you with an estimate of the time required and the cost involved, discussing with you an option that best suits your needs.

We do charge an inspection fee of $99, however, this fee is fully refundable upon acceptance of the quote.

All work that is carried out, and the parts that we supply, are fully guaranteed.

To make things easy for you, we have a range of payment options: cash, bank transfer, EFTPOS or credit card. Please note that EFTPOS and credit card transactions will incur a 2% surcharge.
